BTR Consult was founded in 2024 by Will Barnardt, after 15+ years running revenue operations. We build and run one system that gets local businesses found and chosen at the moment a customer goes looking.
Why we exist
The cold call lost. The search won.
Nobody running a business wants ten unsolicited calls a day from a call centre that decided, on their behalf, that they need something. Privacy law in South Africa and the UAE now limits who a business may contact and how, and rightly so.
Your next customer does their own research. They search Google, ask ChatGPT, read your reviews and send a WhatsApp when the problem is in front of them, not when a sales script says so.
So the job has changed. The business that wins is the one that shows up first, looks the most credible side by side, and answers before anyone else does. That is the core of what we do at BTR Consult.

I have spent 15+ years running revenue operations and leading teams, across medical software, financial services and multi-national manufacturing. I have been involved in winning more than $176 million in sales, have owned pipelines, and have sat in the rooms where the forecast either held or it didn’t.
Much of that work was inside companies that had grown fast and needed a dependable way to win and keep customers.
It taught me the one thing BTR Consult is built on. The businesses that win customers aren’t always the best at what they do. They’re the ones that show up first and look the most credible when a customer is comparing options.

When you run the Growth Engine, your direct competitor cannot. If your area is already taken, we tell you straight.
You see the work every month.
A report with named metrics and named actions. If after 3 months you are not seeing the progress, you can end the agreement on 30 days notice and keep everything we built.
You own everything.
Your Google, Meta and WhatsApp Business accounts, your website, your content and your data. Full handover within 14 days if you leave.

Where is BTR Consult based?
Will Barnardt has run BTR Consult since 2024. BTR Consult LLC, a privately held company, was registered in Wyoming, USA, in 2026 and is run from Pretoria, Gauteng, South Africa, where Will is based. There is no walk-in office: the team works remotely and meets clients at their own premises in Pretoria and the surrounding region. Team members are in South Africa and the UAE, and Will travels between South Africa, the UAE and the USA as client work requires.
BTR Consult is not connected to BTR Consulting (the cybersecurity firm), to Build-to-Rent (BTR) property consultancies, or to the BTR crypto token.
