The guarantee
Every month, you get a report with named metrics and named actions. If something isn't working, the report says what we're changing. If after 3 months you're not seeing the progress, you can end the agreement on 30 days notice and keep everything we built. No exit fee, no clawback.
Who we turn down
We say no when it isn't a fit. One client per industry per area means if your competitor is already in, the door is closed. We also say no to businesses that aren't ready to share account access (you own everything, but we need to do the work) or aren't willing to act on the report when it's their turn to move.
