Some fixes show as soon as they are made, such as correct opening hours on Google. Search rankings and AI answers build over months, which is why the report tracks them month by month. Plans have a 3-month minimum from go-live, then 30 days written notice, and you keep everything that was built.

Step 1
See where you stand
The free BTR Signal Score shows what a customer sees when they search for a business like yours, who they pick instead, and your three biggest fixes. The full report (R799, once) goes further: it puts every fix in order. Either way it is where the Foundation Fee starts, because the gaps it finds are the work the build covers.
Your part: Tell us your business and the service you want more calls for.

Step 2
Check your area is open
On the monthly plans (INBOUND and INBOUND+), BTR Consult takes one business per industry per area. Tell us both, and we tell you straight by email: open, or already taken.

Step 3
Agree and pay online
You read the agreement, accept it and pay online through a secure link we send you. It sets out two costs: a once-off Foundation Fee, set by what your BTR Signal Score shows already exists, and a fixed monthly fee. Your industry and area are written into it.
Your part: Read the agreement, ask anything that is unclear, then accept and pay.

Step 4
Set up on your phone. Stay the owner.
Once your payment is in, we message you on WhatsApp and set up access with you in a short chat on your phone. BTR Consult works inside your own Google, Meta and WhatsApp Business accounts, with manager access you can remove at any time, and never asks for your password where a platform lets you add us as a user. Steps only an owner can take, like connecting WhatsApp, we do together.

Step 5
We build. You approve the assistant.
The build takes 2 to 4 weeks: the profile, pages and listings your BTR Signal Score showed were missing or weak. Your WhatsApp assistant runs on the Growth Engine, our own platform (BTR Consult runs on it too). It learns your services, prices and FAQ, and you try it before any customer does. The 3-month minimum starts on the go-live date we confirm in writing.
Your part: Test the assistant and approve it.

Every month, we run it and you see it
BTR Consult runs all nine channels as one system. A short report arrives 30 days after go-live, then by the 5th of each month. When a number moves the wrong way, it says what we are changing.
Your part: Act on the report when it is your turn to move.

Then we keep your hours, photos and Google profile posts current, every month. The questions customers ask most go on your website and in your profile description.

Add BTR Consult as a Manager. You stay the Primary Owner. Send 10 to 20 real photos of your business.
AI answers
What we do
We publish the structured facts that ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude read, as well as Google's AI Mode and AI Overviews, so they have accurate information about your business to draw on.
Every month we ask ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google's AI Mode the questions your customers ask, and check whether your name comes up. INBOUND+ adds earned mentions: we work to get you named on the other sites these answers quote.
What we need from you
The questions your customers ask before they buy. Ten to thirty is plenty.
Directories and listings
What we do
We find every place your business is listed and correct your name, address and hours on each one.
Then we watch for them drifting out of sync. The listings are in your name, never tied to our subscription.

Approval for a listings address on your own domain, so every listing stays yours.

We fix the path from landing on your site to sending an enquiry: speed, the mobile layout, clear next steps and a WhatsApp button. We remove what stops people finishing.
Our method for your website:
- A page for each service you sell, with clear titles and structure, kept current.
- Behind-the-scenes markup so search engines and AI assistants read your facts correctly.
- Visitor and search figures set up so your report numbers are real.
- A weekly health check for broken pages, redirect chains and anything accidentally hidden from search.
- New or rebuilt service pages, one to two a week at most, each approved by you before it goes live.
- Pages sent to search engines when they change, and checked to be sure they are found.
- A monthly check for pages losing visitors, with a plan to fix them.
- Speed measured every month, with fixes made with your approval.
- Links between your own pages, so visitors and search engines find what matters.
- Your customers' most-asked questions answered on your site.
- Links earned from relevant sources. No count is promised.
Not included: bought links, link networks, blog networks, social posting and ads.
What we need from you
An admin login for your website, and your domain settings if a change is needed there.
Reviews and reputation
What we do
We monitor your Google and Facebook reviews. Positive and neutral reviews get a reply in your voice within 24 hours. For a negative review we draft the reply within 24 hours and send it to you, and it goes live once you approve it. Your monthly report shows the count, the rating, the trend and how you compare with competitors.
INBOUND+ adds review requests: after a visit or job, every customer who has agreed to hear from you gets one WhatsApp message asking for a review. No reminders, no incentives, and nobody is filtered out. We track how many requests become published reviews.
What we need from you
Approve replies to negative reviews before they go out, and follow up private complaints yourself.
Social profiles
What we do
We keep your Facebook and Instagram profiles accurate and consistent: bio, contact details, hours, services and a WhatsApp button.
We check them every month, so the profiles people look at before they call never look abandoned. We do not post content for you.

We build a WhatsApp AI assistant that answers in your business name. A customer messages your number, and the assistant handles the enquiry: bookings, service questions, pricing, operating hours. When the query needs a human, it routes to you with context so you pick up mid-conversation, not from scratch.
The assistant learns your services, your pricing, your FAQ. It sounds like your business, not like a chatbot. And every conversation is tracked so the monthly report shows you how many enquiries came in, how fast they were handled, and how many converted.

We say no when it isn't a fit.

What we never promise
First place on Google, a set amount of traffic, or a mention in every AI answer. Nobody can honestly promise those.
We promise the work and a report that shows it every month. After 3 months, if you're not seeing the progress, you can leave on 30 days notice and keep everything we built.
Questions owners ask
Before you start.
How much of my time does this take?
Most of the work happens without you. At the start you accept the access requests with us in a short WhatsApp chat on your phone, and answer our questions by message. After that, your part is acting on the report when it is your turn.
How long until it is up and running?
Foundation Fee build: 2 to 4 weeks. First report: 30 days after go-live, then by the 5th of each month. If after 3 months you're not seeing the progress, you can end the agreement on 30 days notice and keep everything we built.
Do I pay WhatsApp messaging fees?
Your monthly fee includes up to 500 customer chats a month and the WhatsApp messaging fees for them. If a busy month goes over, we add blocks of 100 chats at R349 each and tell you on WhatsApp first.
Will the AI say something wrong to my customers?
The assistant answers from the services, prices and FAQ you gave us, and hands anything it cannot handle to you with the conversation so far. You try it before it goes live, and replies to negative reviews wait for your approval.
Do you guarantee results?
No, and be careful of anyone who guarantees rankings, traffic or AI mentions. We guarantee the reporting. Every month, you get a report with named metrics and named actions. If after 3 months you're not seeing the progress, you can end the agreement on 30 days notice and keep everything we built.
What happens if my area is already taken?
We tell you straight if your area is taken. The BTR Signal Score is not exclusive, so you can still use it.
Can I leave?
3-month minimum from go-live, then 30 days written notice. No exit fee. Full handover within 14 days, and we remove our access.
Do I own my accounts?
Yes. Google, Meta, WhatsApp, website, content, data. All yours. On exit, full handover. Nothing held back.
